Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At Leo Bang, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Refund:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being delivered.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Any accessories, tags, or complimentary items that came with the product must be included.
- How to Request a Refund:
- Email us at support@leobang.com with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Attach photos of the product, including any defects or damages (if applicable).
- Refund Processing:
- Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.
Cancellations Policy
- Order Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Please contact us immediately at support@leobang.in or call us at +91-8421385866 to request a cancellation.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and you will need to follow the refund process after delivery.
- Cancellation Fee:
- No cancellation fee will be charged if the request is made before dispatch.
Additional Notes
- Refund requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
- Leo Bang reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
